The In-Progress tab shows all the live activities going on at your establishment right now. When consumers arrive, you check them into your establishment and assign them a table (or they can do it themselves by scanning the Table QR code). Here, the business staff manage consumers live orders, and consumers themselves can request to order, should you so desire it (see Business Customisation Features). The In-Progress section flows smoothly from consumer, to floor staff, to kitchen and vice versa, linking all elements of the live plan together.

PLANA Business allows you to receive various types of booking requests from consumers; from small bookings to large parties. Respond to them in anyone of 6 ways; confirm, confirm after prepayment, require more info, waitlisting, reject and chatting with consumers directly to ask questions. Choose whichever option suits you, and manage them all in your Bookings tab at the bottom of the screen.
